To ensure quality and best service to our customers, we ensure prompt attendance to purchases. The average processing time is 5-7 business days if you are ordering within the US and 7-15 business days if it is an international order. We ensure that you as our customers are really taken care of.

Please not that we can only ship your order if your shipping address matches your billing address. And products that are not available can not be ordered.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer fixed shipping charges to both us and international customers. Meaning for each order you will be charged one flat fixed charge.

INTERNATIONAL: $30.00

Orders can be returned up to 30days after the shipping date for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply request for a refund through an email. Send us an email and we will be able to give you the imformation before shipping the package.You can expect a refund within 15 - 30 days of our recieving your returned product.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any skin care or cosmetics. Please make your selections carefully. Also note that non-defective items may only be returned if the product is unopened.
